1. General provisions
This policy sets out how MEDIVA Clinic, an aesthetic medicine clinic in Tashkent (the “Clinic”), processes the personal data of visitors to www.medivaclinic.net (the “Website”).
It is based on Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” of 2 July 2019 and other legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
By submitting a form on the Website you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to the processing of the data you provide on the terms below.
2. Data we receive
Through booking forms: your name, phone number, the selected service and your comment — only what you enter yourself.
Technical data: the hosting server automatically logs standard information (IP address, browser type, request time). It is needed to run and protect the Website and is not used to identify you.
We do not ask for health information through the Website. Please do not include it in comments — the doctor will clarify everything at the consultation.
3. Why we use it
To contact you, book an appointment or consultation and answer your question.
To remind you of your appointment or let you know about schedule changes.
We do not send marketing messages without separate consent and never sell your data.
4. Sharing
Website requests are delivered to the Clinic’s administrators by email via the FormSubmit form service. The Website is hosted on Vercel; fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Only Clinic staff responsible for patient bookings have access to requests.
Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where directly required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. Storage and protection
We keep request data no longer than needed for booking and care, or for the period required by law.
We use organisational and technical safeguards, including restricted staff access and a secure connection (HTTPS).
6. Your rights
You may ask which of your data the Clinic holds, request correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent.
Call or write to us using the contacts below. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
7. Cookies
The Website only stores your chosen interface language in your browser. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used. If we add web analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
